Music and Theatre for All
MTFA is driven by a simple aim: to reach, move and transform people with the best possible live performing art. The Outcry Ensemble recently collaborated with MTFA for a production called Stories We Tell Ourselves.
Temple Music Foundation
The Outcry Ensemble has enjoyed a number of years as the Orchestra in Residence of the Temple Music foundation. It has performed a number of acclaimed concerts. A highly praised was a production of Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream, for which The Outcry Ensemble performed Mendelssohn’s incidental music. In the 19th century, incidental music for plays was far more common than it is now. Combining music and theatre typifies exactly the kind of work that makes The Outcry Ensemble unique.
